Balaraju Perecharla

Balaraju Perecharla is an experienced Senior Quality Engineer and Launch Coordinator at JTEKT North America Corporation, with a career spanning various roles in quality engineering and project management. Prior to the current position, Balaraju served as a Quality Engineer at Linamar Corporation, focusing on high pressure die casting, machining, and assembly for powertrain and structural components, and held several engineering positions at Ford Motor Company, John Deere, Precision Global Systems, Integra Technologies LLC, and Eicher Trucks and Buses, where responsibilities included supplier quality assurance, product development, and lean manufacturing initiatives. Balaraju holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA in Project Management from the University of the Cumberlands, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
