Joe Abdo

Joseph Abdo is an accomplished manufacturing leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at JTEKT North America Corporation since October 2018, Joseph has held various leadership roles, including Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager. Previously, Joseph was part of a joint venture between Denso and Robert Bosch at AFCO, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations and engineering, managing over 400 associates, and contributing to a significant market share in fuel pump systems. Joseph's career began with engineering roles at West Pharmaceutical Services and Avery Dennison, followed by a focus on automation and process improvement. Joseph holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and has furthered leadership skills through programs at Cornell University and the John Maxwell Team.
