Lance Ferguson

Lance Ferguson is an accomplished engineering and innovation leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Innovation at JTEKT North America Corporation since November 2019, Lance focuses on electrification and mobility initiatives while leading the engineering team for the Bearing Business Unit. Previously, Lance held various leadership roles at Koyo Bearings North America, including directing innovation and capability development as well as production engineering, where responsibilities included cross-functional team leadership and advanced manufacturing technology development. Earlier career achievements at The Timken Company and The Torrington Co. involved managing manufacturing advancements and a development center with a significant budget and global project responsibility. Lance holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Mercer University.
