Christophe Combettes

Christophe Combettes has extensive work experience in production engineering and management across various companies in the automotive and aerospace sectors.

From 2018 to the present, they have served as the Deputy Director of Production Engineering at JTEKT European Operations, where they oversee central production engineering for three business units, coordinates site managers, and plays a key role in the industrial strategy and streamlining of operations.

Prior to this, from 2013 to 2017, they were the General Manager of Production Engineering Europe Bearing Division at Koyo Bearings North America. Here, they led the technical management and was a member of the steering committee for a business unit with six factories in Europe.

From 2001 to 2012, Christophe held various roles at Bosch Rexroth, including Manufacturing Coordination, Production Management, Product Quality Management, and Process Engineering Management. Christophe was responsible for coordinating multiple plants, implementing production concepts and standardization, and managing capital investment plans.

Before joining Bosch Rexroth, they worked at Bosch France as a Maintenance's Methods Engineer from 1998 to 2001.

Christophe Combettes obtained a Diplôme technique universitaire in Productique Option Systèmes de production flexible from IUT de Cachan from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a DUT génie mécanique et Productique in Ingénierie mécanique from the same institution, IUT de Cachan, from 1991 to 1993. Later on, from 1995 to 1998, they pursued a degree in Ingénieur specializing in mécanique et productique from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry.
