Alexey Belogurov

Alexey Belogurov holds extensive experience in corporate affairs and communications, currently serving as Regional Lead at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since October 2001, with a progression through several roles including Corporate Affairs and Communications Lead for the North-West Region. Prior to JTI, Alexey worked at the Transport Agency of Saint Petersburg as Manager on Economics and Investments, focusing on business process organization and government relations, and at the Committee on Economics and Industrial Policy of the St. Petersburg Government as Deputy Head of the Department of Projects Financing, where efforts were made to enhance the investment climate through new legislation. Academic qualifications include a management degree in International Enterprises and an engineering degree in Laser Systems from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH," along with training from the RF President Program on Managers Training in 1998.
