Christian Lamm

Christian Lamm has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the tobacco industry, currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since January 2011. In addition, Lamm holds the position of Stellvertretender Aufsichtsratvorsitzender at Tobaccoland Handels GmbH & Co KG since April 2020 and previously acted as Interim-Geschäftsführer at Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company Germany GmbH from March to December 2016, overseeing integration following an acquisition. Lamm's legal career began at Rechtsanwälte Küstner, v.Manteuffel & Wurdack as a Legal Research Assistant, followed by various positions as a Trainee Attorney at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and DibbsBarker, and as an Attorney-at-law at Graf von Westphalen from 2006 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a 1. Staatsexamen in Law from the University of Göttingen and a 2. Staatsexamen from OLG Düsseldorf.
