Linda Mouaz

Linda Mouaz serves as the Regional Head of Legal & Compliance for the ME&I market at Fugro since April 2024. Prior experience includes leading the Legal & Compliance team for the MENA market at Nestlé from November 2014 to December 2022, managing legal and compliance matters across 19 territories and focusing on team empowerment. Additionally, Linda was Senior Legal Counsel at Aperam from January 2013 to March 2014, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various contractual documents. A brief tenure as Legal Counsel for Landewyck Group in Luxembourg involved coordinating legal aspects of a restructuring project. Linda Mouaz holds a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate & Tax Law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, along with qualifications from the Luxembourg Bar and the Paris Bar.
