Efi Anastasiou

Efi Anastasiou currently serves as the EU Affairs Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since March 2021, focusing on monitoring policy developments related to ESG and assessing legislative impacts on business. Previous roles at the European Commission included serving as a Policy Officer in social investment strategy and as a Programme Manager overseeing the European Social Fund in Greece and Cyprus. Efi has also gained experience as a Bluebook Trainee, conducting in-depth analyses for the Directorate General Competition, and as a Trainee Solicitor at Markos Spanos & Co. Efi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCL, a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Manchester.
