Mardoni Arnaez is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in integrated talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Integrated Talent Management at JTI since October 2022, Mardoni previously held key roles at NutriAsia as Human Resources Organization Development Manager, Globe Telecom as HR Manager - Business Partner, and Philip Morris International in various capacities including Lead HR Operational Excellence and Management & Organizational Development Executive.
