Michela Broggio

Michela Broggio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within reputable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Talent Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since April 2018, Michela oversees Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Recruitment, Training, Development, Performance Evaluation, Change Management, People Management, and Internal Communications. Prior to JTI, Michela worked at Ferrero as an HR Business Partner for the Marketing division, where a focus was placed on enhancing organizational performance through strategic HR initiatives.
