Rebecca Ekholm

Rebecca Ekholm, MHA, CPCO, CPXP, CPhT, currently serves as Risk Manager and Corporate Compliance Officer at Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center since August 2023 and is also a Teaching Lecturer at Plymouth State University. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, previous roles include VP of Business Growth and Development at Patriot Health Partners and CEO/Executive Director at Mascoma Community Healthcare. Rebecca has a strong focus on patient experience, compliance, and operational effectiveness, demonstrated through positions such as Chief Patient Experience Officer and Risk and Compliance Officer at NH Cares ACO and Mid-State Health Center. An accomplished educator and facilitator, Rebecca holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Healthcare Administration at Franklin University.
