Ana Barrera is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As the CEO, CFO, and Founder of Aflore since July 2013, Ana has successfully defined the company's long-term vision, focusing on financial inclusion in Latin America's unbanked market by facilitating over US$25M in loans. Recognized as a global fintech leader, Ana has raised $14 million in equity capital and established significant credit lines. Additionally, Ana serves on the Board of Juan Valdez Café, contributing to the Talent and Finance Committees. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Ashoka, Nomura International, Lehman Brothers, and the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.
