Taylor Elyse Morrison

Taylor Elyse Morrison is the founder of Inner Workout, a company focused on enhancing well-being through a mobile app, workshops, and a book. As CEO of Jubilant, Taylor supports a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at co-creating possibilities. Taylor also serves as a Career & Leadership Coach, adopting a holistic approach to help individuals achieve more fulfilling work experiences. Currently, Taylor co-founded the Lifestyle Business League, serves as a Senior Consultant and Coach at FranklinCovey, and is part of Google’s Master Faculty specializing in coaching programs. Previous roles include Employee Engagement Lead Consultant at Arity, Vice President of Operations at LulaFit, and contributions to Allstate’s leadership development program. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a certificate in Social Sector Leadership from UC Berkeley, with ongoing PhD studies in Organizational Leadership at the University of Central Arkansas.
