Amit Maheshwari

Amit Maheshwari is the SVP & Head of Operations for Domino's India at Jubilant FoodWorks. Amit has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on operations and management.

Amit started their career as a restaurant manager at Taj Holiday Village in Goa. Amit then worked as an F&B supervisor at Trident in Jaipur and Udaipur before moving into management. In 2005, Amit became the F&B Manager at Taj Group of Hotels. Amit then spent four years as Head of Operations for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf India before joining Burger King India as Vice President of Operations in 2014. In 2016, Amit joined Godrej Nature's Basket as Head of Operations. Amit remained with the company until 2018 when they joined Jubilant FoodWorks.

Amit Maheshwari has a BHM from the Institute of Hotel Management in Lucknow and has also done their SSC in Science, Maths, and Computer from St Anselm's S S School in Ajmer. Amit has also done their SSC in Science, Maths, and Computer from St Anselm's School in Ajmer.

Their manager is Rajneet Kohli, President & Chief Business Officer, Domino's India.
