Pawan Bhargav

Pawan Bhargav is the SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Jubilant FoodWorks. Pawan was previously the Chief Technology Officer- Apac & Gulf at Monster India from July 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for heading software development strategy and operational improvements as the Technology Leader. This included driving growth-centric software development standards and practices, evaluating existing technology systems, introducing cutting-edge robust technologies, hiring a new team of around 100 engineers, and overseeing the P&L operations in coordination with the stakeholders & Board of Directors.

Some of the key highlights of Bhargav's accomplishments at Monster India include the development of a new home page web app for multi channels, the implementation of a Single Sign On platform, the creation of a notifications platform for sms, email and push notifications, and the development of an Android APP and iOS APP. The Android App rating went from 3.4 to 4.4 under Bhargav's leadership. Additionally, they automated the build & deployment process using Jenkins and Kubernetes.

Bhargav has a vision for how they want to build new monster and has already started the tech journey with the seeker platform which has gone live with a complete ecosystem around it using micro services and design patterns. This eco system has capabilities to support across monster and Quess group of companies.

Pawan Bhargav graduated with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science (Software) from Kurukshetra University. Pawan also attended narwana school.

Pawan Bhargav reports to Shyam S. Bhartia, Chairman & Director. They are on a team with Sanjay Mohta - VP, International Business, Deepti Gupta - EVP, Human Resource, CSR & Administration, and Chitrank Goel - EVP, Emerging Business Unit.
