Jim Okun MacHari

Jim Okun Machari is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales management and community development. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd. since May 2018, Jim effectively manages and motivates sales teams to exceed company targets. In addition to this role, Jim has been a Managing Partner at Siem Partners since October 2015, providing business advisory services and conducting trainings in microfinance and entrepreneurship. Previous positions include Regional Community Liaison Officer at AGROMAX Uganda, Senior Relationship Officer at Letshego Uganda Limited, and Credit Officer at Pride Microfinance Limited, showcasing expertise in project planning, client appraisal, and community mobilization.
