Aya Ellebedy 𓂀

Aya Ellebedy has worked in various recruitment roles throughout their career. From October 2018 to January 2020, they worked as an in-house recruiter at Pyramids Tel Global Solutions, focusing on commercial roles such as sales, marketing, and HR. From March 2020 to August 2020, they worked as a trainee at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where they assisted with data entry and analysis, audits, and translation tasks. From August 2020 to September 2021, they worked as a human resources tech recruiter at Multicare Egypt for Pharmaceutical Industries, handling the screening and recruitment process, employee onboarding, training and evaluation, and performance appraisals. Aya then worked as a tech recruiter/tech active sourcer at Expertlead from October 2021 to June 2022, focusing on IT recruitment for clients in Europe and managing the entire applicant management process. From June 2022 to July 2022, they worked as a tech talent partner at Pleo, focusing on engineering and data hiring. Currently, they are working as a talent acquisition manager at JUCR, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring, including software, hardware, and commercial roles. Aya is also involved in implementing feedback, improving processes, onboarding, and salary benchmarking.

Aya Ellebedy pursued their Bachelor's degree in Law, specializing in the English department, at Ain Shams University from 2018 to 2021.
