Claudia Steiger has extensive work experience in various roles. Currently, they hold the position of Principal HR Specialist at adesso SE.

Claudia Steiger completed their University Entrance Qualification from Ruhrtal-Gymnasium Schwerte in 1991. From 1992 to 1993, they pursued Nutrition Sciences at the University of Kiel for two semesters. Later, Claudia obtained a degree in Educational Science with a specialization in Special Education and Rehabilitation from the University of Dortmund, which they completed from 1994 to 1998.
