Andrea Ursini

Andrea Ursini is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience in performance marketing and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Growth at Jude since May 2023, Andrea has previously held fractional Head of Growth roles at Sourcerie and Manual, where significant achievements include leading a growth team from pre-revenue to eight-figure annual recurring revenue. Additional experiences include managing a six-figure monthly paid social budget at Simba Sleep and driving paid social as a key growth driver at Gousto. Andrea's foundation in digital marketing began with hands-on roles, including founding groovehack and collaborating with startups as an intern at LUISS ENLABS. Andrea holds a B.A. in International Business from Richmond, The American International University in London and a Product Management degree from General Assembly.
