Brandon Davis has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as a Recruiting Lead at The Judge Group, where they demonstrated their expertise in technology consulting, staffing solutions, and corporate training. Prior to this, they held positions as a Full Desk - Sr Technical Recruiter/Account Executive and an Account Executive at the same company.

Before joining The Judge Group, Brandon worked as a Technical Recruiter, where they effectively assessed talent for technical skills and cultural fit, engaging with candidates through various methods such as cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
