Frank Santoro

Frank Santoro has a work experience of over 30 years. Frank started their career in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative at Advanta, where they worked until 1992. In 1992, they joined The Judge Group as the VP of Proposals, where they managed the Proposals Department and was responsible for winning RFP awards and developing content for RFP and RFI responses. Frank reported to the Executive VP of Sales and played a crucial role in business development.

Frank Santoro studied at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a concentration in Marketing.
