Lorena Perry is the Director of Judge Canada at The Judge Group, Inc. Lorena has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with an average of 40 hires per year. At their previous company, PeopleToGo, they were a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sales & Recruitment Manager. Lorena was responsible for managing a team of 7 Technical Recruiters, sourcing and recruiting candidates, negotiating salaries, and assisting with offer letters and logistics. Lorena also managed VMS accounts through MSPs with the online tool Fieldglass. Lorena has established long-term relationships with key business stakeholders across Canada and the U.S. to drive growth and develop a consistent pipeline of IT Professionals to meet current and future hiring objectives.

Lorena Perry has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey.
