Mathew Kirsch is a seasoned professional in recruitment and account management, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Technical Recruiter at The Judge Group since April 2023. Previously, Mathew held the position of VP of Recruiting at The Judge Group from July 2018 to May 2022, focusing on client delivery in the Aerospace and Defense industries while building a team from the ground up. Prior experience includes serving as National Market Manager - Engineering at Oxford Global Resources from January 2013 to July 2018, where Mathew enhanced leadership skills in both recruitment and account management, as well as trained teams.
