Meghna Girdhar

Meghna Girdhar possesses extensive experience in recruitment and delivery management within the consulting sector. Since August 2017, Meghna has held several roles at The Judge Group, culminating as Recruitment Manager and Delivery Head for a major financial client, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and on-boarding. Prior to this, from May 2014 to August 2017, Meghna served as a Domain Specialist and Team Lead Recruitment at US Tech Solutions, a global consulting firm. Earlier experience includes the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at eTeam from February 2011 to April 2014. Meghna holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Baldwin Methodist College and additional education from M.L.S.B.V.M.
