Michelle Xavier

Michelle Xavier has a solid background in the field of recruitment and resource management. Michelle started their career as a Resource Manager at IMI Systems Inc in 1994 and continued in this role until 1999. In 2000, they joined Info Technologies, Inc as a Technical Recruiter and worked there until 2004. Since 2015, Michelle has been working at The Judge Group as an IT Recruiting Lead. In this role, they collaborate with business and account managers to define job requirements, creates job postings, and develops new sourcing strategies. Michelle is also responsible for candidate tracking, conducting pre-screening interviews, and utilizing various sourcing channels.

Michelle Xavier attended Mount St. Mary's University from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business and Finance.
