Jo Cheng

Jo Cheng is currently an MBA Intern specializing in AI Strategy & Operations at Judi Health since November 2025 and serves as a Managing Partner and Investment Partner at Dorm Room Fund, focusing on investments in student founders. Cheng previously held the role of Graduate Associate at Lux Capital and spent over two years at Primary Venture Partners as Director of Community and Community Ops Manager. As Co-Founder and CEO of Aspire to Her from June 2018 to May 2024, Cheng has been active in social impact initiatives, including co-founding Women in Interactive during time as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Additional leadership experience includes co-founding and serving as Vice President of External Relations for Vanderbilt Women in Business. Education includes an MBA from The Wharton School, expected in May 2026, and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Medicine, Health and Society, Corporate Strategy, and Chinese Language and Culture, completed in 2018.
