Kristin Rizzo

Kristin Rizzo is a highly experienced mediator currently working at Judicate West since August 2022 and serving as a Commissioner for the City of San Diego Human Relations Commission since May 2020. With a background in employment, workplace, and civil law mediation, Rizzo held positions at West Coast Resolution Group and Rizzo Resolution from April 2019 to August 2022. Rizzo's legal expertise also includes founding and managing Rizzo Law, PC, which focused on complex litigation in employment law from July 2011 to April 2019. Leadership roles include serving as President of The San Diego County Bar Association in 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors for both The San Diego County Bar Association and the University of San Diego School of Law Alumni Association. Rizzo earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish Literature from UC San Diego.
