Warren G. has extensive work experience in the field of safety and risk management, particularly in the construction industry. Warren started their career as a Safety Officer at SiteWorks in 2006 and then moved on to become a Safety Manager and Compliance Officer at McNamee Construction Corp. from 2008 to 2012. At McNamee Construction Corp., Warren was responsible for safety, training, loss control, risk management, and claims management on heavy civil projects.

In 2012, Warren joined Conti Enterprises, Inc. as a Site Safety and Health Officer, where they managed EHS activities for the NYC Rapid Repairs program in response to Hurricane/Superstorm Sandy. Warren ensured occupational safety for contractors and employees during residential construction, rebuilding, and demolition activities.

Since 2018, Warren has been working at OHLA USA, where they hold the position of Chief Safety Officer. In addition, they serve as the Vice President of Safety & Quality for the company and the Director of HSEQ at Judlau Contracting in the Northeast Region. In this role, Warren directs teams of regional safety directors, safety engineers, and quality managers, with a focus on construction health, safety, quality, and risk management across various trades.
