QA Manager at Judopay

Shoaib Jamil has worked in various roles in the software quality assurance and management field since 2004. Shoaib began their career as a Senior QA Engineer at eDev Technologies in 2004, where they managed a team of 4 resources, developed SQA Plans and Test Cases, and conducted web service testing. In 2006, they became a QA Manager at Netpace Systems, where they were responsible for setting up the Quality Assurance department and recruiting and training QA resources. In 2008, they moved to PixSense Inc. as Manager of Software Quality Assurance and Support, where they managed projects from QA aspects, recruited and trained QA resources, and estimated and sized effort for new projects. In 2010, they became Quality Assurance Manager at Aton Service Middle East in Dubai, where they defined Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and streamlined development processes. In 2011, they joined Lebara as Tech Lead/QA Manager, where they managed a cross-functional team, implemented Agile & DevOps practices, took charge of technical product delivery, and managed vendor relationships. Most recently, in 2019, they became QA Manager at Judopay.

Shoaib Jamil completed a Masters in Computer Science, with a Major in Software Engineering, from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology between 2007 and 2010. Shoaib then obtained a BCIT in Computers and Information Technology from NED University of Engineering and Technology between 2000 and 2004. Most recently, they completed a Course in Management and Leadership Development from the University of Westminster in 2018.
