Crystal Mears has held a variety of roles in the customer service industry since 2009. Crystal began their career as a Guest Relations at Iruna in 2009, then moved on to become a Server at both Stand Up Live and 18 Degrees in 2011. In 2014, they took on the role of Director of Customer Relations/Network Operations at CarCharging. In 2016, they became a Program Specialist, Customer Support at ChargePoint, Inc. In 2019, they were a Solution Design Consultant at Reputation.com, and most recently, in 2020, they have been a Vice President Customer Success and Executive Director, Customer Success at JuiceBar.

Crystal Mears obtained their Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in General Business from Scottsdale Community College between 2008 and 2012.
