Stephanie Dondero

Stephanie Dondero has over 10 years of work experience in the beauty industry. Stephanie began their career in 2006 as an Intern at ISSAC MIZRAHI WOMAN'S COUTURE, where they worked in a high-pressure environment backstage at New York Fashion week dressing models, maintaining the appearance of the gowns and performing quick changes during runway shows. Stephanie also anticipated upcoming trends by "trend shopping" to put together trend reports which directly influenced the development of new designs. In the same year, they also worked as a Makeup Artist at Sephora, where they provided client services and makeup education, and effectively communicated with clients to assess product needs. In 2010, they joined ULTA Beauty as a Prestige Manager, where they focused on meeting and exceeding sales objectives and developed, supported, motivated and educated their team, with an emphasis on keeping them current on developing trends and product knowledge. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Chiro One Wellness Centers, and as a Makeup Artist and Freelance at Stila Cosmetics. In 2015, they held two roles simultaneously as an Account Executive at Perfekt beauty and as a Selling Specialist at NUDE Skincare. Stephanie is currently working as a Sales Representative at Juice Beauty, Inc. since 2016.

Stephanie Dondero attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006, studying Fashion Merchandising.
