Dwana Scantlebury

Dwana Scantlebury has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing roles. Dwana has worked for The Juice Plus+ Company since 2017, where they served as the Director of US Marketing Activation and Northeast Regional Sales Director. In these roles, they led and launched global marketing campaigns and supported the sales team in achieving field key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prior to their time at The Juice Plus+ Company, Scantlebury worked at Avon Products, Inc. from 1990 to 2017. Dwana'sroles at Avon included Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing Integration, Senior Manager of US Sales Support and Marketing Events, and Sr. Manager of Global Business Process Specialist in Marketing/Sales. In these positions, they integrated marketing sales objectives with go-to-market initiatives, developed sales growth programs, and implemented global business processes.

Scantlebury also served as a Product Development Manager for Avon Apparel, where they managed the product development process and established annual profit plans and marketing objectives/strategies. Overall, their experience spans from managing product development and sales support to leading marketing activation and business process implementation.
