Earlier career experience includes working as a Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in the recruitment of senior executives for top companies in the South West, and managing recruitment divisions at Harrison Willis. Emma's academic background includes a BA Hons in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University and A Levels in Law and English from Connaught College.
