Brianna Rader has been involved in a variety of work experiences since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant at the UT Medical Center, where they assisted a sports medicine physician in conducting research on genetic factors of concussions and worked on amyloid-associated disorders in the Human Immunology and Cancer Program. In 2012, they co-founded Sexual Empowerment & Awareness At Tennessee (SEAT), leading an effort to address and improve poor sexual health on the University of Tennessee campus. In 2016, they became a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program (SLP), a world-class training program and lifetime network for outstanding founders and innovators. Brianna then became the Program Leader of the SF Chapter of the program. That same year, they also worked as a Researcher at the UCSF Center for AIDS Prevention Studies (CAPS) & Prevention Research Center (PRC), where they were a project manager for teams designing mHealth products for vulnerable populations to prevent and manage HIV care and a project manager in pediatric oncology research. In 2017, they became the Digital Marketing Specialist at Lea (Live Event Assistant). Finally, in 2018, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Juicebox It, a sexual wellness company providing sex and relationship expertise through free weekly SMS tips and paid online coaching.

Brianna Rader received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2014, having earned an honors interdisciplinary degree in Medical Humanities from the College Scholars program. In 2013, they attended Yale University for the Summer Institute Bioethics. In 2012, Brianna attended Arcadia University--Fergusson College in Pune, India. Brianna then went on to earn their MS in Global Health Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco in 2015.
