Support, Onboarding And Cx Manager at Julaya

Adonis Kpatinde has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Adonis started their journey in 2014 at Moov Africa Bénin, where they worked as a Mobile Money Request Manager until 2017. Adonis then joined ASMA Group in 2019 as an Assistant Test. In 2022, they worked as a Technical Sales Representative at Afrointelligence Afrique. Currently, Adonis is working at Julaya as a Support, Onboarding, and Customer Experience Manager, where they are responsible for optimizing the customer experience, addressing customer issues, and improving communication and service quality. Adonis also took on the role of Sales Development Representative and Customer Support & Onboarder at Julaya. Adonis Kpatinde has a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and financial services.

Adonis KPATINDE completed their Bachelor of Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications degree from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion d'Informatique et des Sciences (ESGIS) from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their DTS en Télinformatique degree from ESMT (École Supérieure Multinationale des Télécommunications) from 2012 to 2014, specializing in computer networks, physics, mathematics, and telecommunications.

In addition to their formal education, Adonis has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Adonis earned the "Avoir de la conversation" certification from LinkedIn in May 2023. In January 2021, they completed the "Fondamentaux du Marketing Numérique" certification from Google Ateliers Numériques. Adonis also holds the "ICSI | CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist" certification from the International CyberSecurity Institute, UK, which they obtained in May 2020. Adonis has further strengthened their expertise in network security by acquiring the "Network Security Associate" certification from Fortinet in May 2020.
