David Lagarrigue has a strong background in people transformation and change management. David currently holds the position of People Transformation Director at julhiet sterwen. Prior to that, they served as a Lecturer at SKEMA Business School, teaching courses in organizational development and change management, as well as managing individual and collective performance systems. David also has extensive consulting experience in transformation and change management, serving as a Partner at ALTHEA. In this role, they led various projects across industries such as banking, insurance, luxury, healthcare, and retail. Earlier in their career, David held managerial positions in HR and HRIS at Atos and Unilog Management. David also played a crucial role in university relations, trainee, and graduate recruitment at Matra Nortel.
David Lagarrigue received a Master's Degree from NEOMA Business School from 1997 to 2001. David also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from La Trobe University in 2000-2001. Additionally, they obtained certification in "The bulletproof manager" from Crestcom International, LLC in 2013.
