Julien Lever

Julien Lever has a significant work experience history. Julien started their career in 1990 as the founder and partner of Aladin Communications. Julien then became the General Manager of Equation Group and later joined Altedia Group as the B.U. Manager of Altedia Multicom / Altedia Event and later as the General Manager of Altedia Training. In 2009, they joined Julhiet Group as the General Manager of Talent Management. Julien then became a partner and lead the consortium at BICK Consortium. In 2011, they became the Partner and Head of Learning & Development Practice at Julhiet Sterwen. Julien also worked as the Deputy CEO and Managing Partner at Julhiet Sterwen, focusing on management, human resources, and operational consulting. In 2015, they became the Managing Partner at JSK Consortium - Julhiet Sterwen Kienbaum.

Julien Lever holds an EMBA degree in Executive Management from HEC Paris, which they obtained in 2005. Julien also has a DEA (Post Graduate Degree) in Contemporary History from Sciences Po and an MBA in Communication & Publicité from Sup de Pub, both of which they completed in 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Contemporary History from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 1992. Julien's education also includes completing Khâgne - Lettres classiques - option Histoire at Lycée Janson-de-Sailly from 1981 to 1990.
