Anupriya Gandhi

Anupriya Gandhi has extensive experience in HR and people operations. Anupriya is currently serving as the Global Director of People Ops at JuliaHub since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of HR at OneDirect - a CX management firm from August 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Zilingo from July 2017 to August 2019. Anupriya also worked as a Manager HR-Business Partner at PrimEra Medical Technologies from January 2017 to July 2017. Anupriya started their career as an IT Analyst at Prometric in August 2008. Anupriya holds the position of Manager HR at C Centric Solutions from April 2014 to November 2016 and was previously the Assistant Manager HR at Accutech Power Solutions Pvt Ltd. from February 2011 to March 2014. Throughout their career, Anupriya has demonstrated expertise in aligning business objectives with stakeholders and employees, talent development, engagement, and retention.

Anupriya Gandhi completed their MBA with a specialization in HR from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). Anupriya obtained their MBA degree sometime after their B.tech in Computer Science from the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they were awarded the "Scholarship for Scoring 1st Rank" from JBIMS in March 2014 and has achieved the title of "Gold Medalist" for their MBA in HR, also from JBIMS.
