Kristen Hunter

Kristen Hunter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and media. Since 2013, Kristen has served as a Public Information Officer for the Greenville, NC Police Department. In February 2023, Kristen began working as a Communications Consultant for Julie Parker Communications, which focuses on crisis communications and public relations strategies. Prior to these roles, Kristen worked as an Anchor/Reporter for Media General - WNCT from July 2011 to December 2013 and as a Writer/Associate Producer at WJZ-TV from June 2010 to July 2011. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Broadcast Journalism from East Carolina University, attained in 2010.
