Vanessa Harvey

Vanessa Harvey has extensive experience in customer service and operations roles, currently serving as an Operations Customer Service Agent at Panalpina since December 2014. Additionally, Vanessa has been a stagiaire agent logistique at JULIEN INC. since September 2014. Previous positions include outdoor operations staff at Village Vacances Valcartier from July 2012 to October 2013, where responsibilities included ensuring customer safety and performing manual tasks, and customer service representative at Club jouets from November 2010 to January 2012, focusing on client engagement and sales records. Vanessa is an alumnus of Cegep Garneau, having completed a program in 2014.
