Darwin Natapradja has held various roles in the tech industry since 2011. From 2011-2016, they were the Engineering Manager at PT Trycera Centro Chemindo, where they optimized production efficiency of all plastic pellet product lines through design modifications, designed, programmed and managed production of machines, machine parts and molds, and optimized production efficiency and reduced waste through data analysis. From 2016-2018, they were the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Analyst at Recommend Group - Sejasa.com, Recommend.my. During this time, they managed projects with a team of analysts and operations staff, optimized marketplace and operations performance metrics, maintained investor performance reports, conducted product research, management and QA, and reviewed content for the marketplace target audience. From 2018-2019, they were the Business Development Project Manager at Shopee, where they developed programs and led sales teams to monetize long tail sellers in high traffic campaigns, acted as the product owner of seller related features in high traffic campaigns, and led sales teams in improving performance of long tail sellers. From 2019-2022, they held the roles of Head of Business Intelligence, Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager, and Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager at JULO, where they generated insights and recommendations to reach company and department goals, generated data models, dashboards, and reports, and conducted continuous improvements through experiments. Darwin is currently an Instructor at RevoU.
Darwin Natapradja's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 2008 to 2011, and a Master of Science (MS) in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2022.
