Muhammad Guntur Najmul Awal has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Event Book Communities, where they collaborated with clients and handled client complaints and requests. In 2018, they also joined PT. OS SELNAJAYA INDONESIA as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Job-Like.com, where they provided 360-degree hiring assistance and managed relationships with various industries such as general trading, retail, consumer goods, and hospitality.

In 2021, Muhammad joined Glints as a Recruitment Consultant, where they developed an understanding of hiring partners and their industry.

In 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition (Tech) professional at HappyFresh, responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process, identifying talent needs, and building a tech talent pool.

Currently, in 2022, Muhammad serves as a Talent Acquisition (Tech, Product & Data) professional at JULO, where they develop and implements recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and optimize candidate experience.

Muhammad Guntur Najmul Awal completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Literature from the University of Brawijaya, from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they earned their High School Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from SMKN 1 Kota Sukabumi, from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "How to Set Goals with OKR and KPI Effectively in a Company" from DataOn - Sunfish HARIS in April 2022, as well as IC3 and TOEFL ITP certifications from Universitas Brawijaya.
