Muhammad Guntur Najmul Awal has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Muhammad Guntur Najmul Awal completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Literature from the University of Brawijaya, from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they earned their High School Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from SMKN 1 Kota Sukabumi, from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "How to Set Goals with OKR and KPI Effectively in a Company" from DataOn - Sunfish HARIS in April 2022, as well as IC3 and TOEFL ITP certifications from Universitas Brawijaya.
