Kagure Wamunyu

Kagure Wamunyu is the current CEO at Jumba. Kagure has also worked as the Global Head of Operations at Kobo360 from March 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director Strategy, East Africa at Bridge International Academies from August 2017 to March 2019. Kagure has also worked as the Country Manager - Kenya at Uber from June 2015 to July 2017.

Kagure Wamunyu has a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. Kagure also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from Meredith College and a Certificate: Asia as the Global Future from The University of Hong Kong.
