Nora Molenaar has extensive experience in loyalty programs and customer research, particularly as the Manager of Loyalty & Customer Research at Jumbo Supermarkten from January 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included strategic vision, marketing campaigns, CRM, and the development of Jumbo's loyalty program, Jumbo Extra's. Nora also played a key role in setting up vendor collaboration for the loyalty program and developing personalized offers. Prior to Jumbo, Nora worked as a Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on strategic development across various industries, and as a Junior Consultant in the Selection Committee of Study Association Aureus. Nora holds a Master’s degree in Strategy & Organization and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from VU University Amsterdam. A career break was taken for family time, travel, and personal growth.
