Stefan Beltman

Stefan Beltman currently serves as a Management Trainee at Jumbo Supermarkten, focusing on FP&A controller duties within the Finance department, particularly in IT, Real Estate, and ESG. Previous experience includes a role as Shift Leader at Albert Heijn, where Stefan managed a team of 10 to 15 stock clerks and developed communication, presentation, and leadership skills through various training programs. Additionally, Stefan held leadership positions as Chairman of the Board for Asset | SBIT, overseeing a study association during a pandemic, and as Administration Coordinator for Asset Tilburg, responsible for managing 6000 members. Stefan also contributed as a Studentmentor for first-year students at Tilburg University.
