Melissa Hanna is an experienced professional in guest relations and management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Guest Relations Manager at Jumeirah since December 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from December 2020 to June 2022, including Senior Guest Relations Executive and Guest Relations Executive.
