Vikas Bhardwaj

Vikas Bhardwaj is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Jumeirah since August 2020, following a progressive career within Jumeirah Group and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from June 2013 to June 2020. Vikas has held various positions, including Associate Director of Food & Beverage, Food and Beverage Manager, and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Notably, Vikas successfully managed the project of refurbishing and reopening the Amala restaurant, implementing a new thali menu that boosted revenue by 8%. With experience overseeing large teams and multiple facets of food and beverage operations—including banquet services and room service—Vikas has consistently achieved budgeted sales and maintained high service standards. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Bangalore University, obtained in April 2009.
