Manon Salamon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue and commercial operations, currently serving as SVP at Jumia Group since January 2017. Manon has held various senior roles, including Group Vice President of Planning & Performance, where leadership encompassed full P&L management across 10 countries, achieving significant improvements in profitability and unit economics. As Chief Commercial Officer for Jumia Uganda, responsibilities included vendor management, brand management, commercial planning, and leading a team of over 20 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Category Manager and Associate Category Manager.
