Jennifer Klein

Jennifer Klein has over 20 years of experience in the field of technical writing and instruction. Jennifer currently works at JumpCloud as a Technical Writer, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Netsmart for six years as a Senior Technical Writer. Jennifer also worked as a Writing Instructor at Ozark Technical Community College from August 2000 to August 2015, and at Missouri State University from June 2011 to May 2015.

Jennifer Klein earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from Truman State University from 1989 to 1993. Jennifer then attended Drury University from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Jennifer completed a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies at Missouri State University.
