Oliver W. has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the technology and cybersecurity industry. Oliver currently serves as the Head of Product Marketing at JumpCloud. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Marketing/Product Marketing at IronNet Cybersecurity, where they played a crucial role in the company's IPO. Oliver also gained valuable experience at Deloitte, where they served as the Head of Marketing for Deloitte Advisory's Vigilant Practice, specializing in big-data security analytics. Oliver successfully launched the Cyber Reconnaissance & Analytics service, generating millions of dollars in new revenue across Fortune-100 clients. Before Deloitte, Oliver held positions at FireEye, Inc., Barracuda Networks, Google (now Waymo), Intapp, and Brocade Communications, contributing to the growth and success of each organization through their expertise in marketing, product management, and business development.

Oliver W. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at Santa Clara University in 1999. Prior to that, they pursued Molecular Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 1999. In 2004, Oliver pursued a Master's Degree in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University, which they completed in 2006. In 2019, they attended George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and undertook a Technologist Fellowship in National Security and Cyber Policymaking.
